What it does
- WOD timer, multimodal: For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata and mixed. This website also has a free online WOD timer.
- Vital Flow: adjusts the session load to the fatigue you report. Guidance only.
- SafeTrack: tracks your outdoor sessions with GPS and, if you stay still and do not answer, opens your messaging app with your location ready for your contacts. It does not call 112 and does not replace emergency services.
- Posture Coach: camera-based form feedback on squats, lunges, deadlifts, presses, dips and pull-ups. Guidance only.
- Rival Live and benchmarks: compete with athletes in your category on more than 150 benchmarks from the Zoku catalogue, with a global ranking.
- Solidary Reps: your workouts add up to charity campaigns with verified beneficiaries.
What it does not do
- It is not a medical product and gives no diagnoses: nothing it shows is health advice.
- It is not an emergency service: SafeTrack prepares an alert for your contacts, not for 112.
- It does not sell subscriptions inside the app: the Pro and Elite plans are bought only on the website.
- It publishes no user counts, ratings or reviews, because there are none yet.

Where the name comes from and who makes it
"Zoku" is Japanese for "tribe"; the brand concept is "La tribu del deporte" (the tribe of sport) and the claim is "Discipline builds tomorrow". The app is built by BAZROX, a software studio of the same owner, from Lanzarote (Canary Islands). They are two different entities: BAZROX is the creator and Zoku Athletics the product and brand. More in About Zoku Athletics.
Zoku Athletics is not related to other products, venues or brands that use the name "Zoku": the full name, always with "Athletics", is the one of this app and this website.
