In short

- Payments and the subscription are managed only on the website, in "Your Subscription".
- You can cancel whenever you want. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Training happens in the app.
- From the website you can also download your data and delete your account.
What do I do on the website and what in the app?
- On the website
- You create your account, sign in, manage your profile and your subscription, open support requests, read the guides and join the newsletter.
- In the app
- You train: timer, benchmarks, SafeTrack, Tribe and more. The app shows your plan, but it does not sell subscriptions.
Payments and the subscription are managed only on the website. To learn what each part of the app does, read how Zoku Athletics works.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to soporte@zokuathletics.com. Once inside, you can change the password in your Profile, in the security section.
What is two-step verification?
It is an extra layer of security and it is optional. You turn it on in your Profile, in the security section. When it is on, we ask for a six-digit code sent to your email each time you sign in on a new device.
To turn it off you need your current password. From the same place you can sign out of all your devices.
How do I view, change or cancel my subscription?
Everything is done in "Your Subscription", inside your account:
- View your plan: the current one and its period, monthly or yearly.
- Upgrade or change plan: payment is made on a secure payment gateway; your card details do not pass through Zoku.
- Manage billing: view and download invoices, and change the card.
- Cancel: whenever you want and without giving a reason. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period and then move to the Free plan with your data.
- Withdraw: if you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, from that same section or at legal@zokuathletics.com.
After paying, your plan may take a few seconds to appear. If you do not see it, reload the page. The Free plan has nothing to pay or cancel. The conditions are in the Terms of Use.
How do I contact Zoku Athletics?
- Support request: open it from your account, in Support, and we reply in the same conversation.

- Email: soporte@zokuathletics.com. For privacy, privacidad@zokuathletics.com; for legal matters or withdrawal, legal@zokuathletics.com.
How do I delete my account and my data?
- Before: in your Profile you can download a copy of your data.
- How: in your Profile, scroll to "Delete your account" and confirm. You can also do it from the app, in Settings.
- What happens at once: your account is locked, your session is closed and your paid subscription is canceled.
- Time to change your mind: if you sign in again within 30 days, you reactivate the account with your history, but not the subscription.
- Afterwards: the deletion is final. Your personal and health data are deleted. Only what the law requires, or what no longer identifies you, is kept.
If you prefer to use your plan until the end of the paid period, cancel the subscription first and delete the account afterwards. The details are in Delete your account.
