What Zoku Athletics is
- Vital Flow: the plan adapts to the fatigue you report: if you arrive saturated the load goes down, if fresh it goes up.
- SafeTrack: tracks your outdoor sessions with GPS. If you stay still, the app asks whether you are OK and, if you do not answer, opens your messaging app with your location ready for your contacts. It is not an emergency service and does not replace 112.
- Posture Coach: the camera gives you form feedback on squats, lunges, deadlifts, presses, dips and pull-ups.
- Rival Live: compete with athletes in your category on more than 150 benchmarks from the Zoku catalogue, with a global ranking.
- Solidary Reps: your workouts add up to charity campaigns with verified beneficiaries.
Where the name comes from
The name joins two words. Soco is the dry volcanic stone wall of La Geria (Lanzarote), a refuge in hostile conditions that inspires the outdoor side (SafeTrack). Zoku is Japanese for “tribe” and stands for community and competition (Rival Live). The brand claim is “Discipline builds tomorrow”.
Who makes it
Zoku Athletics is the product and brand; the app is built by BAZROX, a software studio of the same owner. They are two different entities. The owner's identification data is published in the Legal Notice.
