The essentials

  • Adults only (18+). Your age is declared when you sign up. Details in the Terms of Use.
  • Your data and your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@zokuathletics.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). All of it is in the Privacy Policy.
  • Health data, only if you want to. It is optional: each use asks for your explicit, separate consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from the app settings.
  • Artificial intelligence, optional. It is off by default. If you turn it on, the training data needed is sent to an external AI provider only with your explicit consent. More in the Privacy Policy.
  • Cookies. Non-essential ones (measurement) are only switched on if you accept them, and you can change your choice under “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Payments and cancellation. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Terms explain your 14-day right of withdrawal and how to cancel; you can delete your account from the app or the website (Delete your account).
  • Emergencies. Zoku does not call 112 and does not replace the emergency services. In an emergency, call 112 yourself.
  • Community. The Community Rules say what you may post and what follows if they are broken.
