An endurance WOD (in Spanish, "WOD de resistencia") is a functional-training session designed to sustain effort for a long time, with movements you can repeat at a steady pace and few stops. Instead of chasing maximum intensity, what you measure is how much work you keep going without falling apart. You can do one with no equipment.

This guide explains what an endurance WOD is, how to plan it step by step, how to pace it, how to scale it and nine examples of our own by equipment. The formats are in the WOD formats glossary; if you are not yet sure what a WOD is, start with what is a WOD.
